Board of Jubilee Center Hoboken

  • Phil Avesian

    Phil joined the Jubilee board in 2023 and now serves as its President.  He is passionate about childhood education, particularly supporting underserved communities where the need is greatest.  He is currently a math tutor and serves as a mentor to several Hoboken teens.  Phil spent most of his career in the pharmaceutical industry in various strategy, finance, and marketing roles and now works in money management.

  • James May

    James has served on the board of the Jubilee Center since 2024 and as Treasurer since 2019. He is community minded and passionate about creating opportunity for all talent.  He is a qualified accountant, a finance professional and currently serves as CFO for terminal 4 at JFK.

  • David Tornabene

    An accomplished businessman and community leader. David seeks to bring strategy to fruition in an atmosphere of collegial collaboration. David has served on the board of Jubilee for over 15 years.

  • Dale Kindregan

    Dale has served on the board of the Jubilee Center since 2009.  She brings with her a passion for helping children of all ages who want to learn. She spent her career in the investment management field in various sales and marketing roles focusing on the non-profit sector, mainly university endowments, foundations and hospitals across the US.

  • Laura

    Laura is a legal services attorney with over 25 years experience representing low and middle income individuals in family law matters. She has served the All Saints and Jubilee Center community for over 10 years.

  • Meagan

    Meagan joined the board of Jubilee in 2020 and serves as its current webmaster. She specializes in product marketing and data analysis and has served on the All Saints altar guild for over 5 years. In addition to her many roles, Meagan loves to be a positive role model for girls of all ages.

  • Marisela Cardona

    As a skilled professional, Mari is passionate about solving problems and optimizing output and outcomes. Mari is the newest member of the Jubilee Board, joining in 2024. She jumped right into serving the Jubilee community as the board’s secretary.
